On 14 September 2022, the Armenian Parliament (National Assembly) approved draft Bill No. K-294 for ratifying the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI). On 7 June 2017, Armenia signed the agreement listing its reservations and notifications and including 46 tax treaties that it wishes to be covered by the MLI.
