The Joint Transfer Pricing Forum (JTPF) held a meeting in Brussels on 6 March 2014at which the following items were discussed:

–          Information by the European Commission on ongoing issues; and

–          Arbitration Convention (90/436). The JTPF has published comments on the revised discussion paper on the improvement of the functioning of the Arbitration Convention.  Comments were received from Denmark, France, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, United Kingdom and a non-governmental member; and

–          Code of Conduct on transfer pricing documentation for associated enterprises in the European Union (EU TPD) – the JTPF held a round table discussion to identify next steps.
