The regulation regarding the implementation and control of R&D and designing support was published in the Official Gazette on 14th February 2017, which amends the previous regulation. The Regulation boosts the opportunity of expenses incurred by R&D and designing activities to include legal and scientific counseling expenses, office supplies and stationery expenses relating to R&D and designing activities, travel and accommodation expenses, and daily budgets regarding R&D and designing activities, and postal and delivery service expenses relating to R&D and designing activities.
