On 23 December 2016, Chinese State Administration of Taxation published the Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) Report of 2015. This report of 2015 contains statistics of APAs that China concluded from 2005 to 2015. China has concluded 6 bilateral and 6 unilateral APAs in 2015 and 6 bilateral APAs entered into in 2015 were concluded with Asian countries.
