According to a journal published on 27 December 2016, Luxembourg ratified the amending exchange of notes, signed on 25 March 2015, to the Austria – Luxembourg Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1962), as amended by the 1992 and 2009 protocols on 23 December 2016.
