The World Trade Organization (WTO) has established a panel to judge in a dispute between Canada and China over anti-dumping duties imposed by China on 10th March 2015. Canada made complain to the WTO that they place Canadian exporters of cellulose pulp at a shortcoming. According to the Anti-Dumping Agreement and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) 1994, the measures are unreliable with China’s requirements. The anti-dumping duties were levied 23.7% by China on 6th April 2014.
