A Transfer Pricing (TP) questionnaire in August 2014 has circulated by the special tax authority of the Czech Republic. The questionnaire has been done by more than 60% of corporations to which it was delivered. On the basis of new information, a second phase of TP questionnaire is predicted to be delivered to taxpayers in the end of October 2014. This will become part of income tax return for 2014.
