On 20 October 2020, the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance (MOF) has issued a press release regarding Implementation of the Law No 466 in Part of the BEPS Plan.
MOF stated that they will approve all necessary regulations on the implementation of the steps of the BEPS Plan by the end of this year.
In particular, the Roadmap on implementation of the provisions of Law No 466 envisages the development of more than 10 bylaws, which are currently being worked on by the Ministry of Finance jointly with the State Tax Service.
For this purpose, the Ministry of Finance studies the international experience of the BEPS rules practical application and receives technical assistance from the IMF, the OECD, and the GIZ international experts through online seminars and consultations.
On 23 May 23, Law No 466 entered into force which provides for the implementation of nine out of fifteen steps of the BEPS Plan.
