According to Decree No. 110 of 31 March 2021, Panama’s Ministry of Economy and Finance has extended the deadline for the submission of income tax returns to 17 May 2021 for the 2020 tax year, which follows a previous extension to 3 May 2021. In response to the Covid-19 outbreak the deadline has been further extended that applies for all taxpayers.
