On 27 October 2020, the Finance Ministry announced that the filing deadline of the annual certificate of tax compliance is extended from 31 October 2020 to 30 November 2020. The filing obligations of the certificate is mandatory for corporations (AE), limited liability companies (EΠΕ), Private companies (IKE) and Greek permanent establishments of foreign companies. The certificate is issued by certified accountants and auditing companies, which are registered in the public register of Bill 4449/2017. Tax violations such as non-payment or inaccurate payment of taxes as evidenced from the books and records kept by the above companies are reported in detail in this certificate.
