Poland’s finance minister Andrzej Domański on 12 July, 2024, announced that the Ministry of Finance and the National Revenue Administration are starting a new cycle of consultations on the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

The meeting titled “Pre-consultation on legal amendments to KSeF: system simplification and obligation implementation stages” is scheduled to be held on 18 July, 2024. The consultations aim to discuss the legal regulations and business solutions to simplify the system.

The mandatory implementation of KSeF has been postponed from 1 July, 2024, to 1 February, 2024, due to technical issues.

Earlier, Poland’s President Andrzej Duda signed the Act on Value Added Tax (VAT), which delays the mandatory implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) to 1 February, 2026.
