Argentina ratified the new Income and Capital Tax Treaty between Argentina and Switzerland, by way of Law No. 27.010, on November 28, 2014. The law on ratification was published as Decree No. 2262 in the Official Gazette of 11 December 2014.
Furthermore, the treaty was approved by Argentine Chamber of Deputies in last week of November 2014, and was signed in March 20, 2014.
