The Algerian government announced that taxpayers must complete and submit the annual transfer pricing declaration (e-form) for the fiscal year of 2023 by Sunday, 30 June, 2024.
The annual transfer pricing declaration form, enacted by the Rectifying Finance Law (RFL) of 5 November, 2023, became available to taxpayers on 26 May, 2024.
