The Government Resolution No. 10 has been published on 24th January 2017 regarding priority business activities within Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in the Government Legal Database Adilet. In accordance with the latest legislation, a company requires to fulfill certain conditions such as carrying out priority business activities listed by the government for receiving tax incentives and need to active within a SEZs. The Resolution enters into force after 10 calendar days following its first official publication. The list of facilities have given on the area of industrial buildings, structures, machinery, transport, assembly, processing, light industry and other industries, including production and economic structures (freestanding warehouses and storage require special conditions for storage of goods and materials, as well as other special design solutions and activities), buildings and structures of power system, agricultural enterprises and many other facilities of which are intended for the implementation of priority activities of special economic zones.
