Air services agreement was signed between Latvia and the United Arab Emirates.
The agreement proposes to establish a legal framework to remove the double taxation of international airlines from the two countries.
The agreement was signed in New York on 25 September 2014 and it will enter into force after the exchange of ratification instruments.
